Throughout her career as both an RN and a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Mary has worked with patients in all stages of life. Now with her specialization in Fuctional Medicine, Mary's work is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of complex medical conditions. She is experienced in the functional medicine framework and is passionate about supporting foundational functional medicine principles which help support optimal wellness.  She understands wellness and illness are a continuum and healing is a journey and supports people in their individualized paths toward what they define as optimal wellness.

With her extraordinary background and experience plus her exceptional skills with interpersonal relationships, Mary offers the "listen first" approach for which Minnesota Women's Care is known. We're so pleased that Mary has joined our team.

"As a functional medicine practitioner, I support patients on their health care journey by helping identify root causes of disease, promoting healthy lifestyle changes, and supporting and treating patients in a holistic manner. I enjoy patient education and am a firm believer in informed patient autonomy, meeting people where they are at, and aiding people in their individual process of moving toward health and vitality."
